After the success of the 2012 inaugural Sustainability Report I was given the opportunity to work on it again in 2013 with the marketing and sustainability teams. As with the year prior, initial discussions on the design of the project began in late February, where again, I gave each team direction on what was needed to complete the report and intentions for the report's overall look and feel were established. During this time period IHS was undergoing a major brand revitalization that required me to strike a balance between our previous look and feel with the new direction that IHS was taking with it's brand. These changes, along with the data that had to be displayed presented a unique challenge.
